Support US Marine Jon Hammar Jr.

Dear NAGR Supporter,

The gun laws the gun-grabbers wish our country had are on full display right now in Mexico.

On his way to Costa Rica to visit a friend, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran Jon Hammar, Jr. followed U.S. Border Agents’ assurances that his gun was legal, and declared he had an antique shotgun to Mexican officials.

But since August, he’s been chained to a steel bed in a notorious Mexican prison. And so far, the U.S. State Department has hardly lifted a finger to free this military vet.

That’s why it’s critical you sign the petition I’ve prepare for you below DEMANDING Secretary of State Hillary Clinton do whatever it takes to see Jon Hammar freed IMMEDIATELY.

For freedom,

Dudley Brown, Executive Director, National Association for Gun Rights

Dudley Brown

Executive Vice President

National Association for Gun Rights

Petition to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton:
Whereas: Jon Hammar, Jr. is a Marine Corps veteran, honorably serving his country in some of the toughest fighting of the Iraq War in areas like Fallujah; and
Whereas: U.S. Border Patrol Agents assured Hammar his antique shotgun would be legal in Mexico provided it was declared to Mexican officials; and
Whereas: Hammar is being held wrongly in one of the most notoriously corrupt Mexican prisons and has been forced to endure threats of violence -- and has even been chained to a metal bed; and
Whereas: The U.S. State Department has barely lifted a finger to ensure his safe release;
Therefore: I demand you do everything in your power to see to that Jon Hammar is safely released from Mexican government possession and is safely returned to the United States.
