Whereas:   The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATF) is seeking to ban the domestic manufacture, importation and sale of M855 ammunition; and
Whereas:   M855 ammunition is commonly used by gun owners across the United States; and
Whereas:   The Obama administration has proven it will do virtually anything to "go around Congress" to get what it wants.
Therefore: I urge the BATF to drop their proposed ban on M855 ammunition in the United States.
