Dear Fellow Patriot,

Fingerprint databases. Statist licensing schemes. Hefty fees.

The never-ending bureaucratic application and reapplication process. Plastic-coated permission slips.

Sometimes it seems the roadblocks and regulations anti-gun activists and their political allies have thrown up to discourage law-abiding Kentuckians from carrying a concealed firearm are endless.

Well, guess what? They meant it that way.

The gun-grabbers know good and well that criminals don't ask for permission to legally carry a firearm!

Their overbearing and unconstitutional "regulations" and "requirements" are meant to do nothing more than undermine the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens just like you.

I don't know about you, but I think it's time Kentucky Second Amendment supporters said, "Enough is enough!"

Please take a moment to sign this petition to your state lawmakers right away.

For Freedom,

Dudley Brown
President
National Association for Gun Rights

Petition to my State Representative and Senator

  1.  The right of the people to keep and bear arms is protected by both the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Kentucky; and
  2.  The right to defend oneself is a natural human right, and bearing arms is fundamental to that right; and,
  3.  Requiring the law-abiding citizens of Kentucky to beg for permission to exercise their right to bear arms for the purpose of self-defense is a flagrant infringement on that that right; and
  4.  Years of research and statistics from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and the Federal Bureau of Investigations have shown that increased infringements on the right to keep and bear arms has only encouraged violent crime;
  5. I respectfully urge you as my duly elected Legislators to publicly support and vote to pass the Kentucky Constitutional Carry bill (HB36). The National Association for Gun Rights will keep me informed about your votes and actions.
