WHEREAS: The Second Amendment clearly states “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed;” and

WHEREAS: The Supreme Court ruled in NYSRPA v. Bruen that “may issue” permit regimes like New York's violate the Second and Fourteenth Amendments, stating that “the Second Amendment is not a “second-class right, subject to an entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees.”; and

WHEREAS: So-called “assault weapons bans” and magazine bans prohibit the sale, manufacture, and transfer of hundreds of the most commonly owned semi-auto firearms, which number in at least the tens of millions, and standard-capacity magazines that hold over 10 rounds; and

WHEREAS: Pro-gun Americans like me strongly oppose these unconstitutional gun bans, which unconstitutionally block the right to keep and bear arms in defiance of both the Supreme Court and the Constitution; and

THEREFORE: As a law-abiding gun supporter, I completely support the National Association for Gun Rights’ litigation against any and all “assault weapons bans” or mag bans, and by submitting this form I am signing on to help end these unconstitutional bans once and for all.
