Petition to My Congressman and Senators
DEFEAT THE H.R. 308!
THE MCCARTHY MAGAZINE BAN BILL

Whereas:     The Second Amendment to the United States clearly states that the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, and;

Whereas:     H.R. 308, the Magazine Ban Bill, would infringe on every American’s Second Amendment rights by outlawing the sale and transfer of gun magazines with a capacity of more than ten rounds, and;

Whereas:     The Magazine Ban Bill would even turn widows into instant felons if their late husbands possessed a magazine capable of holding more than ten rounds, and;

Whereas:     If the gun-grabbers succeed in passing H.R. 308 through the U.S. House, they’ll then load it down with anti-gun amendments in the U.S. Senate, making the bill even worse;

Therefore:   I urge you to vote AGAINST the Magazine Ban Bill (H.R. 308) -- or any similar bill -- at every opportunity.
