I agree! The BATFE is unconstitutional, has overstepped its role, and has outworn its welcome in my country!

I am grateful that the National Association for Gun Rights is standing up for my right to keep and bear arms, and I will join you in this critical fight.

Whereas: The creation of The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE) is not authorized by Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution; and

Whereas: The 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution mandates that the Federal Government is forbidden to engage in any function not expressly laid out in the Constitution; and

Whereas: The history of the BATFE is riddled with murder, theft, perjury and obstruction of justice; and

Whereas: The BATFE continues to terrorize law-abiding gun owners and dealers:

Therefore: I urge you to abolish or defund the BATFE before any more innocent people are killed, lives ruined, or property stolen.
