National Association for Gun Rights - Indiana Petition

Dear Fellow Patriot,

I have great news!

Indiana State Representative Jim Lucas (R) has introduced House Bill 1144.

Fingerprint databases. Statist licensing schemes. Hefty fees.

The never-ending bureaucratic application and reapplication process. Plastic-coated permission slips.

This bill would elminate all of that.

Take a look at what they're saying about Representative Lucas' bill:

The gun-grabbers know good and well that criminals don't ask for permission to legally carry a firearm!

Their overbearing and unconstitutional "regulations" and "requirements" are meant to do nothing more than undermine the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens just like you.

Join with Representative Lucas and add your voice to Constitutional Carry.

Please take a moment to sign this petition to your state lawmakers right away.

For Freedom,

Dudley Brown, Executive Director, National Association for Gun Rights

National Association for Gun Rights

Constitutional Carry Petition
To members of the Indiana State Legislature and Governor Mike Pence:
Whereas: The right to keep-and-bear arms is protected by the Constitution of the State of Indiana and the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."; and,
Whereas: The Supreme Court of the United States has affirmed that the right to keep and bear arms is an individual right, not contingent on militia service;
Whereas: Gun rights supporters like myself strongly oppose gun control, and will be paying close attention to any State Legislator who refuses to stand for the rights of Indiana gun owners.
Therefore: Therefore, as a citizen of Indiana, I URGE you to sign and return your National Association for Gun Rights Pledge to support Constitutional Carry in the 2015 Legislative Session.
