Dear Fellow Patriot,

President Obama is demanding Congress pass a “no-fly, no guns” proposal to strip Second Amendment rights from anyone, without trial, who ends up on a secret government database.

Unfortunately, Members of Congress in both parties are beginning to show signs of weakness, and Capitol Hill experts warn the Republican majorities might move to give the President what he wants.

After all the scandals and abuses of power we've seen under the Obama Administration -- all in the name of restricting your right to bear arms -- it's outrageous to think anyone could trust him not to abuse yet another gun-grabbing power!

If you agree it's flat-out unconstitutional and dangerous to let the President strip innocent, law-abiding Americans of their Second Amendment rights, secretly and without trial, please sign your petition to your elected officials below.

Oppose No Fly, No Guns!
Petition to my U.S. Representative and Senators
Whereas: Radical gun-grabbers are pushing “no-fly, no guns” proposals which seek to prohibit law-abiding American gun owners from purchasing or possessing a firearm if their name appears on a secret government database;
Whereas: By its very nature, this secret government database affords NO DUE PROCESS for the tens of thousands of law-abiding Americans or any gun owner who are wrongfully placed on it, even innocent Americans who aren't accused of any wrongdoing whatsoever;
Whereas: These proposals would give the Obama Administration and the Attorney General sole authority to label any political opponent who disagrees with them a "terrorist" and strip them of their Second Amendment rights without trial;
Whereas: Scandals like the IRS targeting of pro-gun groups, Fast and Furious gun smuggling, and DHS warnings against conservatives, prove this President Obama simply cannot be trusted with any new gun-grabbing powers to abuse.
Therefore: I insist you start standing up against the President's gun-grabbing actions instead of adding to them. Please oppose and vote against any “no-fly, no guns” proposal.
