Dear Fellow Patriot,

The stakes for the Second Amendment have never been this high.

The tragic and unexpected loss of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has ignited a bitter partisan fight over his seat on the nation’s highest court.

The future of your right to bear arms could hang in the balance in the coming weeks and months.

After eight years of President Barack Obama’s anti-gun madness, I’m sure you’ll agree that another gun-grabber in the White House would be an outright DISASTER for our Second Amendment!

After all, the next President could have the chance to fill not just one, but several seats on the Supreme Court.

That could shape the future of the Second Amendment for generations to come.

But which Presidential candidates can you really trust with your gun rights?

To answer this vital question the National Association for Gun Rights mailed every candidate for President an official Gun Rights Candidate Survey.

The great news is, U.S. Senator Ted Cruz returned his Presidential Candidate Survey 100% in support of your right to keep and bear arms!

Thankfully, Senator Cruz not only returned his survey 100% pro-gun, he also has a long history of backing up his words up with pro-gun actions in the U.S. Senate:

*** In 2013, during the height of President Obama’s gun control push, Senator Ted Cruz helped lead the effort to block the “Toomey-Manchin” universal gun registration scheme from becoming law.

*** Senator Cruz also fought against radical anti-gun proposals like magazine bans and the Feinstein gun ban.

*** Ted Cruz has also specifically pledged to reverse all of President Obama’s unconstitutional executive actions on gun control and only nominate pro-Second Amendment justices to the Federal bench.

Please thank Ted Cruz for his pro-gun leadership by signing your 2016 Pro-Gun Presidential Pledge below right away!

I hope you’ll act now.

Time is running out, and I need your help to get to the bottom of where the remaining candidates stand.

After all, Marco Rubio, Donald Trump, and John Kasich are still REFUSING to return their gun rights candidate surveys.

When politicians refuse to directly answer the tough questions we ask on our candidate survey, it’s virtually always a sign they’re hiding anti-gun views.

And, unfortunately, the major Republicans who refused to answer their surveys do have anti-gun skeletons in their past.

Donald Trump:

*** Donald Trump confessed his support for the Feinstein Gun Ban in his book, saying:

“I support the ban on assault weapons and I support a slightly longer waiting period to purchase a gun.” 1

*** Recently, Donald Trump came out in full support of the President’s “no-fly, no guns” plan to strip gun rights from law-abiding Americans by labeling them “terrorists.” 2

Marco Rubio:

*** At the height of President Obama’s gun control push in 2013, Marco Rubio caved to the media’s pressure on national TV.

During an interview Rubio expressed support for expanded background checks, government-mandated training and fingerprinting for gun owners, and even gun registration. 3

*** This is no surprise. Marco Rubio has long touted his support for so-called “reasonable restrictions” on the right to keep and bear arms. 4

John Kasich:

*** John Kasich has been supporting gun control for over twenty years. He voted for President Clinton’s so-called “assault weapons” ban in the 90’s and for the “instance deal” to enable passage of the Brady-NICS gun registry. 5

Today, not much has changed.

Rather than abolishing that anti-gun registry, Kasich recently told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer he wants the government to have even MORE data about gun owners not less.

“What I do think we need is a good database.”
   -- John Kasich 6

Gun owners deserve explanations for these anti-gun records. And these candidates can start by returning their National Association for Gun Rights candidate surveys.

Quite frankly, until they return their surveys, we simply can’t be sure they won’t nominate activist gun-grabbers to the Federal bench.

Please sign your Pro-Gun Presidential Pledge urging the remaining candidates to return their 2016 National Association for Gun Rights candidate surveys right away!

You see, the gun-grabbers, anti-gun national media, and members of BOTH parties all understand this is going to be the most important election Second Amendment supporters have faced in a generation.

They’re foaming at the mouth to squash Justice Scalia’s landmark pro-gun D.C. v Heller decision -- which enshrined the Constitutionally-protected individual right to bear arms -- by filling his seat with an activist gun-grabber.

That’s why you and I simply must get to the bottom of these candidates’ stand now, before it’s too late.

Now we know, anti-gun Democratic candidates like Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are both threatening to expand on President Obama’s unconstitutional executive actions.

That’s no surprise.

But, the sad truth is that while Hillary and Bernie joust over who is more anti-gun, high-powered “Old Guard” Republican insiders are urging their candidates to “soften their tone” on the Second Amendment too.

Now, reports are even Michael Bloomberg -- the billionaire kingpin who spent over $72 MILLION of his own money ramming gun control into law -- is thinking about jumping into the race.

Without the voices and activism of National Association for Gun Rights members and supporters like you, I’m worried this could quickly become a contest for who is more anti-gun.

You and I cannot let that happen
.

The best way to stop that from happening is to lobby each of the candidates directly and let them know we expect them to REPEAL Obama’s gun control orders, not expand on them.

That’s why I hope you’ll sign your Pro-Gun Presidential Pledge below!

With so much pressure from the media and Washington elites to cave-in on gun control, it’s up to you and I to encourage pro-gun candidates to keep up the fight.

By signing your pledge, you will be thanking Senator Ted Cruz for returning his survey 100% pro-gun and for standing up to President Obama’s anti-gun agenda in the U.S. Senate.

But it’s also critical that we get to the bottom of where the remaining candidates stand on your Constitutionally-protected right to bear arms.

So your pledge will also urge Marco Rubio, Donald Trump, and John Kasich to return their National Association for Gun Rights candidate surveys right away.

Time is running out.

Please, don’t wait. Act now.

For Freedom,

Dudley Brown
