STAND FIRM: No Anti-Gun Supreme Court Justices
Emergency Fax Petition to my U.S. Senators

     As your constituent, I urge you to REFUSE to confirm any anti-gun Obama nominee to the Supreme Court, including Judge Merrick Garland.

     If President Obama gets his way, the next Supreme Court Justice could swing the balance of power to the gun-grabbers for years to come.

     Unfortunately, his nominee, “Gun-Grabber Garland” made his opposition to the Second Amendment clear when he sided against the landmark D.C. v Heller case and when he ruled in favor of a Clinton-era Gun Registry.

     Judge Garland’s refusal to acknowledge the individual right to bear arms, and his support for gun registration, makes him unfit to serve on the nation's highest court.

     Once again, as your constituent, I urge you to REFUSE to confirm Judge Merrick Garland or any other any anti-gun Supreme Court nominee.
