Dear Fellow Patriot,

       There’s good news to report from Capitol Hill.

       U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), a National Association for Gun Rights member, has introduced new legislation aimed at curbing President Obama’s executive overreach on gun control.

       It’s the “Protecting Gun Rights and Due Process Act” (S.2802).

       If passed, it would put an end to the Obama administration’s practice of denying gun rights to law-abiding veterans, senior citizens, and other gun owners without due process.

Protect Gun Owners’ Rights Petition

Support Sen. Rand Paul’s “Protecting Gun Rights and Due Process Act” (S.2802).

Petition to my U.S. Senators and Representative:

Whereas:  The Second Amendment clearly states the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, and;
Whereas:  President Obama has taken it upon himself to infringe on our gun rights with unconstitutional executive orders and actions aimed at stripping gun rights from law-abiding gun owners, and;
Whereas:  To date over 200,000 veterans have been stripped of their right to bear arms, and millions of senior citizens are at risk of losing their gun rights to Obama’s “social security gun ban, and;
Whereas:  Countless more law-abiding gun owners are losing their rights without trial or due process every day by anti-gun government bureaucrats;
Therefore: I urge you to put an end to these anti-gun abuses of power by supporting, co-sponsoring, and voting for Sen. Rand Paul’s “Protecting Gun Rights and Due Process Act” (S.2802).
