An internal ATF "White Paper" report recently pointed out that Obama's ban on re-importing certain U.S.-made WWII era rifles was serving no purpose except to deny Americans a piece of American history.

One of the firearms specifically named in the ban was the iconic M-1 Garand.

With a new president in office, the time is ripe to overturn this ban. But if we're going to reverse President Obama's M1 Garand Rifle Ban, gun owners have to turn the heat up on Congress now before it's too late!

Petition to my Representatives and Senators

WHEREAS: The right to keep and bear arms is protected by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution; and

WHEREAS: The federal government has NO business restricting our right to keep and bear arms, whether through regulation or any undue burden; and,

WHEREAS: The Obama Administration’s refusal to allow the re-importation of World War II era rifles serves no purpose except to deny citizens a piece of American history; and

WHEREAS: These WWII era firearms are obsolete for military use, are legal for civilian use, and are virtually unknown as instruments of crime;

THEREFORE: I am signing this important petition URGING you, my Representative and Senators, to reject and REPEAL the Obama Administration’s M1 Garand Ban executive action without delay.
