Ohio Governor Mike DeWine is calling for gun control in the wake of the recent tragedies.

At a press conference, he announced "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation Orders as his number one priority.

In addition to due process shredding "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation Orders, he's calling for Universal Brady Checks, which would effectively ban private gun sales in Ohio.

With politicians from both political parties joining the anti-gun chorus, your gun rights are facing a serious threat.

It is vital that your legislators hear from you.

Please sign your "No Gun Control" petition immediately, letting your legislators know you expect them to vote against all gun control, especially Governor DeWine's "Red Flag" and Universal Brady Check (universal gun registration) proposals.

Say 'NO' To Mike DeWine's Gun Control Agenda

A Petition to my State Senator and Representative:

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"; and

WHEREAS: Article 1, Section 4 of the Ohio Constitution clearly states "The people have the right to bear arms for their defense and security"; and

WHEREAS: Governor Mike DeWine is attempting to ram gun control legislation into law including due process-shredding "Red Flag" gun confiscation and Universal Brady Checks, better known as universal gun registration; and

WHEREAS: I am a proud pro-gun Ohioan from your district, and I support the Second Amendment. I frown upon any politician who votes for or publicly supports gun control.

THEREFORE: I urge you to oppose and vote against ALL gun control, especially Governor DeWine's "Red Flag" gun confiscation and Universal Brady Check proposals!
