Dear Fellow Patriot,

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is taking another shot at weakening the Second Amendment -- all at the command of our gun-grabbing President, Joe Biden.

The ATF announced their scheme to unconstitutionally regulate the production of homemade firearms, or as radical gun grabbers like to say “ghost guns.”

This deeply-rooted American tradition could be something of the past if unelected bureaucrats successfully bypass the legislative process and pass this gun grab by creating “a rule.”

Pro-gun Americans across the country have stopped the overreaching dictatorship of the ATF before -- and we can do it again with your help.

That’s why I need you to take IMMEDIATE action and DEMAND the ATF retract their purposed rule to regulate the home production of firearms.

STOP the Homemade Gun Ban (So-called Ghost Guns)!

Emergency Fax Petition To: The ATF

WHEREAS: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is trying to RAM through a homemade firearm ban making countless gun owners criminals if they don’t register their handiwork and pay a tax; and,

WHEREAS: The ATF is at the beck and call of President Joseph Biden, the most anti-gun president in U.S. history ; and

WHEREAS: President Biden has made clear his desire to harass makers of homemade firearms with burdensome taxes and registration; and

WHEREAS: For decades, the anti-gun Left have been demanding an unconstitutional rule like this so they can turn commonly owned firearms into "illegal guns" with the stroke of a pen.

THEREFORE: As a law-abiding supporter of the Second Amendment, I insist you STOP this homemade firearms ban by abandoning the anti-gun proposed rule, Docket No. ATF 2021R-05.
