Last year, President Joe Biden picked radically outspoken gun grabber David Chipman, to head the ATF.

Thanks to the massive backlash from pro-gun American’s, Chipman’s confirmation never made it out of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

While this was a massive victory for gun owners, the fact of the matter is our efforts will have been in vein if we allow the confirmation of another nominee who supports the same platform as Chipman but simply plays their cards closer to their chest.

You and I know that the ATF is already out of control with attempting to ban guns and accessories with no government oversight.

The last thing we need is for a permanent anti-gun ATF director calling the shots.

“No Anti-Gun ATF Director” Petition

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly states “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed;” and

WHEREAS: President Joe Biden's is certain to nominate a radically anti-gun individual to lead the ATF; and

WHEREAS: The ATF is already harassing American gun owners and business, and unconstitutionally banning guns and accessories;

WHEREAS: Placing a true believer of Biden’s extreme anti-gun agenda atop the ATF would only embolden this already out of control agency;

THEREFORE: As your constituent, I urge you to actively and vigorously oppose whoever President Biden choses to lead the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives.
