Dear Fellow Patriot,

From the funneling of weapons to drug cartels in the infamous “Fast and Furious” scandal, to unconstitutional attempts by the ATF to ban so-called bump stocks and stabilizing braces, the ATF has positioned itself as a direct threat to our Second Amendment.

In a shameful effort to enable the ATF to further infringe on the rights of Americans, anti-gun Representative Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX-18) is pushing H.R. 48, a bill to hire of hundreds of new gun control enforcement agents.

Don’t reward ATF’s unconstitutional behavior!

Tell your lawmakers to block H.R. 48 and any legislation that would increase the power of the ATF by signing your “No More ATF Agents!” Petition.

For Freedom,

Dudley Brown
President
National Association for Gun Rights

Signed,

No More ATF Agents!

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly states, “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed;” and

WHEREAS: For years, the ATF has taken it upon itself go above and beyond mere law enforcement by undertaking illicit programs like “Fast and Furious;” and

WHEREAS: ATF has repeatedly attempted to bypass Congress in order to legislate bans on guns and accessories; and

WHEREAS: Anti-gun Representative Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX-18) is pushing H.R. 48, a bill to hire of hundreds of new agents to force the gun control agenda on the American people.

THEREFORE: As your constituent, I urge you to vote against H.R. 48 and any legislation that rewards the ATF’s unconstitutional actions with more personnel, funding, or power.
